About

Aurelija is an expert in urban planning and design, specialising in creating carbon-neutral and resilient cities. At TSPA, she is leading multi-stakeholder projects focused on co-designing transitions to carbon neutrality and crafting adaptive pathways for cities across Europe. Her portfolio includes the development of an integrated regional visions and urban design plans. Additionally, she actively contributes to regional strategies and sustainable urban design projects.

Aurelija’s expertise is enriched by her experience in integrated urban development, design, and architecture in Lithuania, Germany, and the Netherlands. Driven by a deep interest in the interplay between the built environment and human behaviour, she is passionate about co-designing solutions with stakeholders. Aurelija explores how residents can actively contribute to improving their cities and how they can be empowered to take initiative, aiming to foster community-driven urban transformation.
