A new Face for Moscow Region

Thomas Stellmach spoke in front of the Supreme Council of the Moscow Region about good regional planning principles on the 28th of February 2014. The region plans to harmonise their planning efforts and the Governor of Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov together with the Mayors of 72 cities of the region convened in Dmitrov to discuss first steps.
